Maria was readily available to us, including evenings, weekends, and even when she was on vacation. She answered the phone directly, or if she was tied up when we called, she called back promptly, typically within minutes. She also responded to text messages very quickly. She is very knowledgeable about the market, and she made appropriate recommendations to us as the market changed. This was very helpful. She is also very knowledgeable about DeKalb.
